Well, it was rumored for weeks now that there was a Gear S
and Gear Circle. The only thing that showed up so far is the Gear S. Here are
some facts on the Gear S that were noted at the event.
- The Samsung Gear S features a 2-inch curved Super AMOLED display. [Gear S]
- The Samsung Gear S extends its communication capabilities to include 3G as well as Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. [Gear S]
- It features various new Clock Faces with premium design.
- The Home Screen UI has been simplified and improved for better intuitively.
- Users can seamlessly make and receive calls directly from their wrist, or get calls forwarded from their smartphones.
- Paired with Gear Circle, users can maximize the S Health experience.
- Swarovski Straps have been introduced for Gear S as well.
