Samsung announced its new ISOCELL Slim 3T2 image sensor with emphasis on small size. The sensor makes use of the company's ISOCELL Plus technology and features 20MP resolution that fits in a tiny 1/3.4" form factor. According to the company that's the smallest image sensor currently on the market. The sensor fits 0.8μm pixels and comes with the Tetracell binning tech that combines four pixels into one for better results in low-light conditions.
