Google unleashed the Android 9.0 Pie at the beginning of the month with a bunch of new features and polished design. Today the company introduced the Go edition of the new OS and the improvements it would bring to ultra-affordable smartphones in developing markets. According to the official blog post, the new OS has a 500MB smaller footprint, the boot is faster and more secure and will offer a dashboard for tracking and monitoring data consumption. The phones with Android Oreo (Go Edition) and the upcoming devices that will be with the Pie variant have some lite pre-installed apps...
